Passing the theory test is the first step to applying for your learner permit. Once you receive your learner permit you can commence EDT. You must wait 6 months from the issue date of your learner permit until you can apply for your driving test.

You must complete the 12 EDT and to be uploaded on the rsa.ie site before you will get a date for your driving test.
